RETURN POLICY
At Solaris WaterGen, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. In the event that you need to return your Atmospheric Water Generator, please review the following return policy guidelines:
Returns Within 7 Days:
– We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date.
– To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered and in its original packaging.
– Please ensure that all water has been drained from the machine and filters before shipping it back to us.
Restocking Fee:
– A restocking fee may apply if the returned machine is not in the same condition as when it was delivered and if the original packaging is not included.
– The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping Fees:
– Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
– Please note that shipping fees, including the initial shipping fee and the returning shipping fee, are non-refundable. For unit A20 – $249.00 each way , for unit A10 – $149.00 each way
Refund Policy:
– We offer a full refund for the Atmospheric Water Generator only.
– Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the return policy criteria.
Warranty:
– We provide a warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.
– Please refer to our warranty policy for further details on coverage and exclusions.

PLEASE NOTE : We are not liable for any damages caused during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim.
